If there is any fault in the Pump due to following reasons, in that case company will charge customer for replacement/fixing the parts/motor.

• If the customer tries to repair the pump or motor themselves or gets it repaired from somewhere else
• If the pump is damaged due to dry run or starting pump without priming
• If pump is damaged due to Rain water

• Keep your Pump and motor safe from rain water and dust
• Do not run the pump without priming
• Preferably get the pump installed by a professional plumber

• If there is any problem with the pump, contact our authorized dealership and bring along the guarantee card
• For online customers, your order number and/or the mobile number which was provided at time of order will be considered as your guarantee card
